Every makeup artist has their own way that they prefer to apply makeup and I don't believe there is any "correct" order to apply makeup. It's your preference, whatever floats your boat.
Personally, when I am applying eye makeup, I like to get that out of the way first, so that any fallout can be easily removed without removing my foundation or concealer.
Here's the usual order of my makeup:
1. Eyeshadow primer
2. Eyeshadow
3. Primer
4. Eyeliner
5. Mascara or Falsies
6. Foundation
7. Concealer
8. Face Powder or Setting Powder
9. Contour
10. Bronzer
11. Blush
12. Highlight
7. Concealer
8. Face Powder or Setting Powder
9. Contour
10. Bronzer
11. Blush
12. Highlight
Although I wouldn't really benefit from this as a guy, I'm sure the sisters would love this idea. Will direct them to your blog very soon.
